Account Executive
Istanbul, Yerevan, Dubai, Tashkent, Almaty, Tbilisi, Belgrade
Responsibilities:
- Manage key accounts
- Identify new potential customers
- Act as the point of contact for clients
- Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements
- Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches
- Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
Required Qualification:
- English level C1-C2
- University degree (preferably in related field)
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and account management at an agency or technology platform
- Exceptional presentation and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Passion for working in the digital marketing
- Solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics, marketing and advertising
- An ability to meet clients needs and to increase customer engagement
